The Rulebook

Rules & Policy

  • Hit all 4 goals in the same month: Active Players, Deposit, Turnover and New Players — all four together.
  • What counts as an active player: A player who deposits ৳800+ or places at least 1 valid bet that month.
  • Turnover target: Your players' total bets must be at least 7× your monthly deposit target.
  • One rank at a time: You move up one rank per month. No skipping.
  • Hit all 4 goals → move up: Your new rank starts on the 1st of next month.
  • You'll know by the 10th: We confirm your rank by the 10th of every month on Telegram.
  • Miss a goal → drop one rank: Your new rank starts on the 1st of next month.
  • VVIP get a safety net: VVIP agents can miss 1 month per year with no demotion. Just a warning.
  • Resets every January: The safety net does not carry over to the next year.
  • Cash prize: Paid on the 15th of next month, after we verify your numbers.
  • Mystery prize: Delivered within 30 days after 3 months in a row at VVIP 1+.
  • Got a question?: Raise it within 10 working days of your monthly status.
  • Eligibility: Babu Legend is open to all registered BABU88 agents. Enrollment is automatic — no separate application is required.
  • Qualification Rules
    • All four (4) metrics must be met within the same calendar month to qualify. Failing to meet any single metric results in non-qualification for that month, regardless of performance on the other three.
    • An active player is defined as a player who has made a minimum deposit of ৳800 AND placed at least 1 valid bet in the calendar month.
    • A new register is defined as a player who has completed their first-time deposit (FTD) AND placed at least 1 valid bet within the same calendar month.
  • Level Promotion
    • Trigger: All 4 metrics met in a single calendar month at the next level's threshold.
    • Timing: Promotion takes effect from the 1st of the following month.
    • Level Skipping: Not permitted — agents must progress one level at a time.
  • Level Demotion
    • Trigger: Failing to meet any one metric at the current level's requirements.
    • Timing: Demotion takes effect from the 1st of the following month.
  • Protection Pass
    • Exclusively available to VVIP 1 through VVIP 5 agents.
    • Grants 1 protected miss per calendar year — the agent receives a formal warning but is not demoted.
    • Resets every January 1st annually.
    • Cannot be carried over to the following year.
    • Protection Pass is consumed automatically upon the first missed qualifying month; it does not require manual activation.
  • Rewards
    • Monthly Cash Bonus: Monthly cash bonuses are disbursed on the 15th of the following month, subject to verification and review. Bonuses are credited directly to the agent's BABU88 Player account Gaming ID.
    • Mystery Gift (VVIP 1 and Above — One-Time per Level): Agents who reach VVIP 1 or above and maintain their level for 3 consecutive qualifying months are eligible for a one-time Mystery Gift at that level. Gifts are delivered within 30 days of completing the qualifying period.
    • Gifts are non-exchangeable for cash.
    • BABU88 is not responsible for damage or loss during the mailing process.
    • Agents must provide accurate shipping information when requested.
  • Dispute Window: Agents must raise any level or reward dispute within 10 business days of receiving their monthly status notification. Disputes submitted after this window will not be entertained.
  • Disqualified Player Activity: The following are excluded from all metric calculations and may result in account review or suspension:
    • Ghost accounts (deposits with no valid betting activity).
    • Accounts created solely to inflate player count or turnover figures.
    • Multi-accounts registered to the same individual.
    • Bonus abuse or promotion abuse.
    • Fake, low-risk, or abnormal betting patterns.
  • Agent Account & Reward Policy
    • Agent level and rewards are non-transferable between accounts.
    • Operating multiple agent accounts for competitive advantage or system abuse may result in account suspension.
    • All bonuses and rewards are non-replaceable if forfeited due to breach of terms.
  • Audit Rights: BABU88 reserves the right to audit any agent account or associated player pool at any time. Agents must cooperate fully during any investigation or compliance review.
  • Program Modifications: BABU88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Babu Legend program and/or its terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Acceptance of Terms: Participation in Babu Legend constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all applicable BABU88 platform rules and regulations.
  • Q1: What is Babu Legend?: Babu Legend is an exclusive, ongoing rewards program for BABU88 agents. It recognises top-performing agents through monthly cash bonuses, one-time Mystery Gifts, and an Annual Grand Reward — all based on real monthly performance metrics.
  • Q2: How do I join Babu Legend?: Enrollment is automatic. All registered BABU88 agents are already part of the program — no sign-up needed.
  • Q3: How long does Babu Legend run?: Babu Legend is an ongoing program with no fixed end date.
  • Q4: How are my rewards determined?: Your rewards are based on achieving all 4 qualifying metrics — Active Players, Monthly Deposit, Valid Bet Turnover, and New Registrations — in the same calendar month. Your level determines the thresholds you need to hit and the rewards you receive.
  • Q5: When are monthly bonuses paid?: Monthly cash rewards are paid on the 15th of the following month, after verification is completed.
  • Q6: Where is my reward credited?: Your monthly cash bonus is credited to your BABU88 Player Gaming ID. Please ensure your account is active and in good standing.
  • Q7: Do I need to meet all 4 metrics to qualify?: Yes. All 4 metrics must be met in the same calendar month. Meeting only 3 out of 4 does not qualify you for that month's reward.
  • Q8: What counts as an "active player"?: A player is considered active in a given month if they have made a deposit of at least ৳800 AND have placed at least 1 valid bet during that calendar month.
  • Q9: What counts as a "new register"?: A new register is a player who has completed their first-time deposit (FTD) AND placed at least 1 valid bet within the same calendar month.
  • Q10: What is the Mystery Gift and how do I earn it?: The Mystery Gift is a one-time reward for agents at VVIP 1 and above who maintain their level for 3 consecutive qualifying months. Gifts vary by level and have included smartphones, smartwatches, premium gadget bundles and many more. Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Q11: Can I skip levels?: No. Level progression is sequential — you must advance one level at a time.
  • Q12: What is the Protection Pass?: The Protection Pass is an exclusive benefit for VVIP 1–5 agents. It allows you to miss one qualifying month per year without being demoted — you'll receive a warning instead. The pass resets on January 1st each year and cannot be carried over.
  • Q13: How do I track my monthly progress?: Log in to your Agent Account and follow these steps:
    • Go to your Agent Report page
    • Select the current month's start and end dates, then click Search
    • Review your Total Deposit, Valid Bet, and Total Active Player figures
    • For New Registrations: go to Registration & FTD, select the same date range

  • Q14: What happens if my Mystery Gift is damaged during delivery?: BABU88 is not responsible for damage or loss during the mailing process. Please ensure you provide accurate shipping details and handle your gift carefully upon receipt.
  • Q15: Can I participate in other BABU88 promotions while in Babu Legend?: Yes. Babu Legend does not restrict participation in any other BABU88 agent promotions or programs.
